1. WHO WE ARE
This online store (presstheworld.com) is operated by Yann Luttmann, 1182 GILLY, Switzerland ("PressTheWorld", "we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact form at www.presstheworld.com/pages/contact. Full contact details are in our Legal Notice.

2. SCOPE
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you accept them.

3. PRODUCTS
We sell original poster designs, printed on demand on premium matte paper (200 gsm), unframed or framed where offered. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed result depending on your display. Frames are available for delivery to the EU and the US only.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include any applicable taxes collected at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors; in that case we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. ORDER & CONTRACT
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable), in which case you are refunded in full.

6. SHIPPING
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your 14-day right of return and our handling of damaged or defective items are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images and texts on this website are owned by PressTheWorld or used with permission. Buying a poster gives you the physical print for personal use. It doesn't give any right to reproduce, sell or commercially use the design.

9. LIABILITY
We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and as required by mandatory law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

10. PRIVACY
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

12. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
