The white dome of Mont Blanc fills the sky above Chamonix, with the rock needles at its side, a cable car crossing its flank and the stone and timber village gathered around the church and the long grand hotel below. In front, a skier takes the slope at speed.
Drawn in the manner of the 1920s and 30s alpine lithographs: flat screen-printed colour, a geometric figure in the foreground and the altitude set beneath the name, HAUTE-SAVOIE 1035m. An original design, not a reproduction of any historical poster.
