Wengen sits on its sunny shelf above the valley, belle-époque hotels and timber chalets around the little church, with the rack railway climbing past and the great white massif of the Jungfrau filling the sky across the valley. A skier in blue carves through the foreground.
Drawn in the manner of the 1920s and 30s alpine lithographs: flat screen-printed colour, a geometric figure in the foreground and the altitude set beneath the name, BERNER OBERLAND 1274m. An original design, not a reproduction of any historical poster.
