ABOUT THIS POSTER.
A long timber lodge with a central cupola stands on the snow plain at Sun Valley, with a horse-drawn sleigh out front and small figures on the cross-country trail. The great rounded white dome of the home mountain rises behind, between lavender ridges and bare winter trees, under a low gold sun. In front, a skier in blue takes the slope at speed.
Drawn in the manner of the 1920s and 30s alpine lithographs: flat screen-printed colour, a geometric figure in the foreground and the altitude set beneath the name, IDAHO 5920ft. An original design, not a reproduction of any historical poster.
Designed in Switzerland. Printed on premium matte 200 gsm paper, 20×25 to 50×70 cm, unframed or in a wooden frame.
