The chalets of Verbier line up on their sunny shelf around a church with a slender spire, with a wide piste curving down past small figures on the slope. The great white dome and jagged ridges of the Valais fill the sky behind, under a low gold sun, with dark firs on the right. In front, a skier in blue carves across the foreground.
Drawn in the manner of the 1920s and 30s alpine lithographs: flat screen-printed colour, a geometric figure in the foreground and the altitude set beneath the name, VALAIS 1500m. An original design, not a reproduction of any historical poster.
Designed in Switzerland. Printed on premium matte 200 gsm paper, 20×25 to 50×70 cm, unframed or in a wooden frame.
